Our approach
Manufacturing in China and Asia differ from western one in the way that cultural manner interfer with business. In the West, workers education makes that they ask themselves why and how. If they can not answer why and how, they will usually ask their customer.
In the far east, things are different in the sense that rarely people ask themselves why and how. If they don’t know, they will just get some gut feeling to guess and try without asking to make sure. In the context of procurement and manufacturing, the buyer will just discover at the end of the production or sometimes even at reception that product is not according to what he wanted
We perfectly know that two main parameters have capability to produce distatreous outcome: materials on one side, processes on the other side. If you control manufacturing and procurement process, then the chances you get issues on manufacturing are actually low.
Manufacturing proper products on a scaled production is all about control. With a quality engineering background, our approach rely on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles: Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) and Define Measure Analyze Improve and Control (DMAIC) are at the base of every action we take on manufacturing.
” If you can not measure, then you can not control. If you can not control, then you can not manage. ” This is as simple as it.
We are adopter and practitioner of Peter Drucker, Joseph Juran, Taiichi Ohno and Walter Shewhart mindset.
- We believe manufacturing is all about control and optimization
- We believe in process documentation, tracability, process mapping, control, mistake proofing and proper ressources training
- We breathe and live ISO 9001 standard principles
- We belive in tight follow up, milestones, regular control checkpoints, organized feedback and quick implementation
- We embrace the Lean and Six Sigma approach
- We believe in process optimization, process efficiency, the same than Taiichi Ohno
Whatever we manage manufacturing actitivites at manufacturer facilities or whatever we perform assembly on our own micro production line, our mindset and methodology are always guided by those principles.
